Oyster Bay Day Spring 2023
Oyster Bay Day is an all-day street fair that will showcase Oyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber businesses as well as the local businesses in our community. There will be live music, inflatables, a deluxe video game truck, mini golf, axe throwing, vendors, great shops and restaurants, food trucks and MORE!
Vendor Participation Options:
Street Fair Participation: $50 for OBEN Chamber members. (This includes both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations) NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.
Street Fair Participation for non-Chamber members: $200. (This includes both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations) NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.
Food Truck Participation: NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.
- 10’x15’ area for table/tent, exact location tbd
- You are permitted to sell your merchandise

FEES AND PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO THE EVENT
All vendors must provide proof of general liability coverage in the amount of $1 million dollars per occurrence and must provide a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Oyster Bay as additional insured. Certificate must be valid for the dates of the event. We recommend having the certificate valid for a couple days before and a couple days after the event (Example: 10/14/21-10/18/21).
Must list Town of Oyster Bay as additional insured.
