DESCRIPTION:Oyster Bay Day is an all-day street fair that will showcase Oyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber businesses as well as the local businesses in our community.  There will be live music\, inflatables\, a deluxe video game truck\, mini golf\, axe throwing\, vendors\, great shops and restaurants\, food trucks and MORE!  \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVendor Participation Options:\n\n \n\nStreet Fair Participation: $50 for OBEN Chamber members.  (This includes both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations) NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.\n\n\n	10'x15' area for table/tent\, exact location tbd\n	You are permitted to sell your merchandise  \n\n\n\nStreet Fair Participation for non-Chamber members: $200.  (This includes both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations) NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.\n\n\n	10'x15' area for table/tent\, exact location tbd\n	You are permitted to sell your merchandise\n\n\n\nFood Truck Participation: NEW VENDORS MUST GO THROUGH APPROVAL PROCESS.\n\n\n	$150 for OBEN Chamber members\n	$225 for Non-OBEN Chamber Member\n\n\n**If your new vendor request is not approved\, fees will be refunded**\n\n**This event is rain or shine and fees are non-refundable**\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nFEES AND PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO THE EVENT\n\n\n\n All vendors must provide proof of general liability coverage in the amount of $1 million dollars per occurrence and must provide a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Oyster Bay as additional insured.  Certificate must be valid for the dates of the event.
