DESCRIPTION:You're never too young to have goals and learn how to be the healthiest you! Youth attendees (ages 7 - 12) of our Winter Wellness Children's Workshop will go on a natural movement fitness journey in the crisp winter air\, explore the beautiful grounds of Planting Fields\, learn how to make a hands-on healthy treat\, and visualize goals for 2024! This is a drop-off program. Guardians are encouraged to stay on-site during the duration of the program and explore the beautiful grounds!
