DESCRIPTION:The Oyster Bay - East Norwich Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the Grand Opening of The Fortune of War\, a tattoo shop located at 63 Audrey Ave Oyster Bay\, NY. The celebration will be held on Saturday\, August 1\, 2020 at 6 pm. \n\n \n\nNamed after a historic novel about the War of 1812\, and located in historic downtown Oyster Bay Village\, The Fortune of War was established in 2019 by artist Luke LoPorto.\n\n \n\nThe studios interior pays homage to the vintage and heyday of the late 1800's when Teddy Roosevelt frequented the Snouder's Hardware Store to make calls on the first telephone in the town. \n\n \n\nThe Fortune of War maintains some of the highest profile expert tattoo artists in the northeast. Specializing in both large-scale work and smaller pieces\, The Fortune of War's artists typically work by appointment only\, but walk-ins are welcome when available.\n\n \n\nOyster Bay-East Norwich Chamber of Commerce is delighted to welcome The Fortune of War to the community.
