DESCRIPTION:A mindfulness practice hosted by artist Lauryn Vacey of Eka YogiLife\, this is an instructional class where you will paint a new yoga mat that you can then use during yoga/pilates/exercise. The class is taught with an emphasis on the technique of painting as a meditative and mindfulness practice.
